Alaxandria​

The largest port and the second- largest city in Egypt, located on the Mediterranean Sea North West Delta, 221 KM from Cairo by desert road.
The pearl of Mediterranean was built by Alexander the Great, was intended to be the link between Greece and the rich Nile Valley. Today Alexandria known by its strategic location, sandy beaches and moderate climate.

The Greco-Roman Museum
Contains about 40 thousand pieces, which dating from the 3rd of a century BC until 7th century AD Among the most remarkable collections, we can find the “Tanafra” Statue made of terracotta as well as ancient money pieces.

Al-Montazah Palace
Constructed on a low plateau and overlooking a beautiful beach, surrounded by parks and forests. This palace built in a mixture of Turkish and Florentine styles, been the summer house of the ancient royal family. 

Bibliotheca Alexandrina
Library of Alexandria; a major library & cultural centre located on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea in the Egyptian City of Alexandria, bibliotheca Alexandria has become one of the first cultural sites in Egypt.

The Roman Theater
The small Roman amphitheater discovered in the area of Kom EL- Dekka, near the Greco Roman Museum. The theater is considered the only relic of its kind in Egypt, has 12 rows of semi-circular marble seats. 

Al-Mursi Abu Al Abbas Mosque
The most important Islamic monument in Alexandria with its high minaret and four domes.

Qaitbay Citadel
The Citadel of Qaitbay is a 15th century defensive fortress located on the Mediterranean Sea coast. It was established in 1477 AD by Sultan Al Ashraf Sayf El Din Qaitbay.

Day 1 - Meet & Assist

You’ll be met and assisted by our representative at the airport and escorted to your hotel for a relaxing night in and a good sleep.

Day 2 - Giza Pyramids & Sphinx

 

Wake up and have a nice big breakfast at hotel, followed by a 9:00 am drive to one of the great wonders of the world: the Giza Pyramids. The three pyramids are Cheops (the biggest), followed by Khefren (the middle pyramid), and last, but definitely not least, Mankura (the smallest of the lot). Whilst in Giza, you'll also get to see the legendary Sphinx – truly a sight to remember. You'll then be driven to the necropolis of Sakkara and see the Step Pyramids of King Zoser and the tomb of Queen Tee, followed by a lovely lunch of oriental food in a local restaurant. After lunch, you'll be taken to visit the old capital of Egypt, Memphis, and the alabaster statue of King Ramses the Second. After concluding your visit to all the major sites in Cairo, you'll be transferred to the railway station where you'll take the 8:00 pm overnight, sleeper train on half board accommodation to Aswan.

Day 3 - Aswan Nile Cruise

Your breakfast will be served on the train, after which you'll be met at the Aswan Railway Station by one of our representatives. Your trip will start at 10:00 am with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk – the largest known ancient obelisk, followed by the High Dam of Aswan – also the biggest dam in the world, and finally a visit to Elephantine Island and Philae Temple. After concluding your sightseeing for the day, you'll check in to your Nile Cruise, have lunch on board where you'll spend the night.

Day 4 - Kom Ombo

Breakfast will be served on board as we set sail to Kom Ombo, stop off Kom Ombo and then start sailing to Edfu where we dock and you have a good night's rest.

Day 5 - Esna Lock to Luxor

Breakfast served on board as we sail via Esna Lock to Luxor where we dock for the night and you sleep aboard the ship.

Day 6 - Luxor to Cairo

Breakfast will be served on board, then you’ll be checking out of the Nile Cruise and then visit the Luxor Temple (on the East Bank of the Nile), the Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings (on the West Bank), the Valley of the Queens, the Hatshepsut Temple and finally, the Colossi of Memnon. You’ll then be transferred to the railway station and start on your journey back to Cairo aboard the overnight, sleeper train.

Day 7 - Egyptian Museum and Khan El Khalili

Breakfast will be served on the train. You’ll be met by one of our representatives when you arrive at the Cairo Railway Station and taken to visit the magnificent Egyptian Museum which holds over 25,000 monuments from ancient Egyptian times. After that, you’ll be taken to visit the Saladin Citadel and Mohamed Ali Mosque (which is similar to the Blue Mosque in Turkey). Then you’ll be taken to Khan El Khalili bazaar, after which you’ll be having lunch at a 5 star local restaurant with open buffet oriental food. After your fantastic meal, you’ll be transferred to the hotel for a nice, long sleep!

Day 8 - Alexandria

Wake up and have a nice big breakfast at the hotel and then be driven to Alexandria where you’ll start your sightseeing by visiting the Catacombs of Kom El Shokafa, followed by Pompey’s Pillar, the Roman Theater and the famous Alexandria Library. You’ll then be taken for a nice lunch and then driven back to Cairo and taken to your hotel for a good night’s sleep.
